- ➤ Federal officials announced that on August 22 the U.S. Attorney's Office settled a discrimination case after tenants claimed landlords Tammy Estrada and Ramiro Estrada denied reasonable accommodation for emotional support animals — the settlement awards $20,000 to the tenants and requires the landlords to adopt a new housing policy and attend fair housing training.
