- ➤ Michael Lynch said on October 26th that after he found the missing cat Walter by his mother's home in Kaukauna, a police officer promised to take it to a shelter but left it in a field 15 minutes away — Lynch has now requested body cam footage to review the incident and address the alleged abandonment under Wisconsin law.
