- ➤ Since new vape rules took effect on Sept. 1, Northeast Wisconsin smoke shops have seen sales drop by 81% and some locations have closed — Tyler Hall of WiscoFAST said limited product choices are causing customers to switch to cigarettes or cross into Michigan. - ➤ Yesterday, eight red silhouettes lined the halls of the Outagamie County courthouse to raise awareness for Marsy's Law and victims' rights + local groups teamed with the district attorney’s office and Harbor House to stress key rights such as being heard and treated with dignity while providing resource links, and the message will remain after the display ended. - ➤ St. Norbert College and Bellin College teamed with the NCAA for a pilot program that lets student-athletes transfer while keeping their eligibility—if waiver requirements are met, athletes will keep competing after transferring from SNC to Bellin. WTAQ
