- ➤ Yesterday, eight red silhouettes lined the halls of the Outagamie County courthouse to raise awareness for Marsy's Law and victims' rights + local groups teamed with the district attorney’s office and Harbor House to stress key rights such as being heard and treated with dignity while providing resource links, and the message will remain after the display ended. - ➤ St. Norbert College and Bellin College teamed with the NCAA for a pilot program that lets student-athletes transfer while keeping their eligibility—if waiver requirements are met, athletes will keep competing after transferring from SNC to Bellin. WTAQ
