- ➤ At 7 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to a home on Hiawatha Dr. in Grand Chute where heavy smoke and flames were seen coming from the roof—two residents escaped with their three dogs and firefighters put out the attic fire from outside—though extensive damage may require the home to be rebuilt. - ➤ Deputies responded just after 9:30 a.m. on Saturday to a house fire on the 2900 block of Oakridge Road in Clayton where firefighters found a man dead; crews put out the blaze and investigators are looking into the cause. WBAY
