- ➤ A recent analysis of Appleton’s 40 lowest-paying jobs shows that full-time work at $7.25 an hour leaves most workers below the poverty level—data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics and Economic Policy Institute highlight that even jobs with higher median wages still fall short of a living wage.
