- ➤ Strong storms Monday night broke the heatwave and caused straight-line wind damage in the region. In Appleton, a gust reached (53 mph) and temporarily closed parts of Richmond Street while a fallen tree blocked a street in Green Bay (46 mph gust). WTAQ

- ➤ Village leaders in Kimberly met Monday night to review their contract with Fox Valley Metro Police—polls indicate 75% of local residents prefer keeping the current service over switching to the Outagamie County Sheriff’s office. - ➤ Appleton Police Department launched an online survey Tuesday so residents can share feedback on public safety concerns and community policing initiatives.
