- ➤ On Saturday, a Wisconsin family began a 163-mile Ruck March in Manitowoc to raise money for veteran support organizations. The march, started by Cayla Gregory and her father Bruce Harned in partnership with the Marine Credit Union Foundation, will visit VFW and American Legion posts in Mishicot, Bellevue and Appleton before ending in Fox Lake. - ➤ The Neenah-Menasha Veterans Association held a rededication celebration on Sunday at Shattuck Park after finishing a restoration project that replaced the old memorial with 9 new flag poles—colored concrete medallions honor the six military branches—and a new foundation. Over $175,000 was raised for the project, which took a year and a half to complete. WBAY
