- ➤ Appleton International Airport has announced its 20th nonstop flight to Gulf Shores, Alabama—Allegiant Travel Company will begin service this fall on Oct. 2 with one-way fares starting at $59. - ➤ Lawrence University is working with Appleton Area School District to offer a direct admission pathway for high school seniors with a 3.4 GPA or higher—students will receive automatic acceptance, a $45,000 annual scholarship, and help with campus visits during their junior year. WTAQ
