- ➤ Outagamie County Sheriff's deputies are managing an active situation on E. Burdick Street near Black Creek Elementary School—officials say the school is not involved and advise residents to avoid the area. FOX 11
- ➤ An individual linked to a stolen property and firearms case was arrested Wednesday at 9:45 a.m. after the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at an apartment complex on E. Burdick Street in Black Creek—school officials then placed Black Creek Elementary in temporary lockdown to secure the scene. WTAQ

- ➤ Edvest 529, the state-administered college savings plan, will offer a $25 bonus deposit on accounts with at least $25 from April 21st to 27th in honor of the NFL Draft coming to Green Bay. Financial Capability Director Jessica Wetzel said the tax-advantaged account can be used for college costs, K-12 tuition, apprenticeship programs, and to repay student loans. FOX 11
