- ➤ An Appleton man, Erik Sundqvist, 26, pleaded not guilty to charges of sharing material showing child abuse and bestiality—files recovered from Kik after police got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and he will return for a pre-trial conference on May 27. WTAQ
- ➤ Jonathan Lupe, a 37-year-old man from Shawano, was arrested Thursday morning in an Appleton apartment building for exposing himself and trying to enter a unit; when officers arrived he fled by jumping from a second-story balcony, was found outside and treated for a serious foot injury — he now faces multiple charges including disorderly conduct, lewd behavior and trespassing — police said. - ➤ Appleton's 74th Flag Day Parade will honor the Marine Corps and Navy on their 250th birthdays with the theme 'Honor, Courage, Commitment.'
