- ➤ Newcap closed its doors Tuesday morning after failing to overcome financial challenges and allegations of misusing taxpayer money — employees were laid off and lawmakers called for state and federal reviews. - ➤ The EAA Aviation Museum in Oshkosh is showcasing artifacts from astronaut Frank Borman ahead of today’s Artemis II launch. The exhibit (featuring items from the Apollo 8 mission) links past lunar achievements to the historic journey beyond Earth orbit. FOX 11
- ➤ Felicia Jaure, a 2025 graduate from St. Ignatius Catholic School, painted a 7-by-38-foot mural featuring nine saints at her former school in Kaukauna on March 27. The artist, now in a gap year, is applying to art schools in the U.S. and Florence (Italy) to further her passion. WTAQ

- ➤ Appleton firefighters and retirees were screened Monday for Barrett’s Esophagus using a balloon device to catch early signs of cancer from exposure to toxins. Additional tests are scheduled Tuesday and Thursday and results are expected in the coming weeks. WTAQ
